1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and mama4 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the mama4 website at mama4.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, promotional offers and customer support.

mama4 is an English-language information and entertainment platform directed at Malaysian adults. All monetary figures displayed on the platform are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. References to specific payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, describe options available at the time of publication and are subject to change.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mama4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

2.Definitions

In these Terms the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the mama4 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of cleared deposits, awarded bonuses and settled winnings held within an Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under a specific offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process that mama4 may require before approving withdrawals or processing large transactions.
• "Platform" means the mama4 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications or services made available by us.
• "Real Funds" means MYR deposits made by the Player using an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, sports market or other product available on the Platform.

3.Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or maintain an Account on mama4. This minimum age requirement applies to all users regardless of location within Malaysia. mama4 may request proof of age at any stage and reserves the right to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed at Malaysian adults. It remains the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. mama4 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside Malaysia.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate or multiple Accounts belonging to the same person may be closed without notice, and any associated Balance may be voided where there is evidence of abuse, bonus manipulation or fraud.

3.4 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and to keep that information up to date. Providing false details — including a date of birth that is incorrect — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.Account Rules

4.1 Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. mama4 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You should never share login details with any third party, including family members.

4.2 KYC Verification

mama4 may require you to submit identity documents (such as a MyKad or passport copy) and proof of address before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the requested amount exceeds applicable thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.

4.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain dormant for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure. mama4 will endeavour to notify the registered email address before any such action is taken. Players are advised to log in periodically and to maintain a valid email address on their Account.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mama4 supports a range of MYR payment channels suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Supported cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether USDT (TRC20). Available methods may change at any time.

5.2 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account held in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Processing Times

Processing windows are estimates under normal conditions and are not guaranteed. E-wallet transfers (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed quickly; bank transfers (FPX, DuitNow) may take up to several hours; cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum number of blockchain confirmations and may take longer during periods of high network congestion. mama4 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or blockchain networks.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to Account verification, completion of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in the cashier. mama4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards and migration incentives, are subject to individual terms that must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain games — including but not limited to specific table games, live dealer titles and progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded or weighted differently. The precise wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

mama4 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings and close the relevant Account where it reasonably believes that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

6.4 Expiry

All Bonus Funds expire on the date and time specified in the relevant promotion. Any Bonus Funds not used or wagered through before expiry will be removed from the Account Balance automatically.

7.Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a Bet ID has been generated. mama4 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where a suspected pricing error has occurred or where the bet would exceed applicable stake limits.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

Where an odds price or game outcome is published in error — including technical glitches, data feed failures or palpable pricing mistakes — mama4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Winnings generated from a manifest error will not be payable.

7.3 Sports Event Cancellations

If a sporting event — including an EPL match, Liga Super Malaysia fixture or UFC card — is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is met, affected bets will be voided in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.

7.4 Responsible Betting

Every bet placed on mama4 carries financial risk. Players are encouraged to stake only what they can afford to lose, to use available limit tools and to review the Responsible Gambling page for guidance on maintaining healthy betting habits.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mama4 platform:

1. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
2. Registering or operating more than one Account.
3. Using another person's payment method, identity or Account credentials.
4. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
5. Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities.
6. Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of sports manipulation.
7. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
8. Harassing, threatening or abusing mama4 staff or other users.
9. Attempting to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service.

mama4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in the above conduct, to void associated wagers, and to report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the mama4 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software and user-interface designs — is the proprietary property of mama4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from mama4.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mama4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses, lost profits, data loss, service interruption or third-party conduct.

mama4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its services. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or third-party service failures. Players should not place wagers that they cannot afford to lose solely on the assumption that the Platform will remain available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Malaysian law.

11.Suspension & Termination

11.1 mama4-Initiated Closure

mama4 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any Real Funds Balance remaining above the applicable minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC completion, subject to any open wagers settling.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible-gambling reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, Account access will be restricted and any new promotional offers will be paused. Please refer to the Responsible Gambling page for full details.

12.Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mama4 platform shall, to the extent permitted by law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts. mama4 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of accessing the Platform from any particular jurisdiction, and Players accept sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws.

13.Amendments

mama4 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of mama4 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
